Designed for industrial use, the 600 Series Lateral File features a three part telescoping slide suspension, operating on 40 steel ball bearings per side, and mechanical interlocks inhibiting more than one drawer opening at a time. Conventional drawers include aluminum recessed drawer pull/label holder. 5-drawer units include posting shelf, four fixed front drawers and retractable front top drawer with roll-out shelf. The seven-point reinforced case has 4 adjustable leveling glides and knock-out holes for grouping units side by side. Two adjustable hangrails provided in each drawer for letter, or legal side-to-side filing.
